One evening, two wineries, three flights – up to the rare Terlaner Primo. A dish cooked especially for each flight. On this evening Taormina belongs entirely to South Tyrol: the restaurant is reserved exclusively for the wine evening and places are limited.

Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay and Terlaner from Kellerei Terlan, 0.1 l each.
Served with: bruschettone with marinated apples, speck and South Tyrolean mountain cheese.
02 · Andrian in comparison
Andrius Sauvignon Blanc and Doran Chardonnay Riserva from Kellerei Andrian, 0.1 l each.
Served with: fresh goat's cheese with a herb crust and mini vitello tonnato.
03 · The crowning glory: Terlaner Primo
Terlaner Primo from Kellerei Terlan, 0.05 l – one of South Tyrol's rare top cuvées; the bottle costs €379.90. On this evening it is in your glass.
Served with: seared scallops with truffle purée.
